Strategy Day 2020

The annual strategy day of Gamebasics Studio was on the program again on Monday 27 January. For this year a very cool location was chosen, namely the largest top-class sports training center in the Netherlands: Sportcentrum Papendal!

Upon arrival at the Hotel Papendal, a cup of coffee or tea could be enjoyed before the official part of the day started. After presentations by management about the year 2019 and the plans for 2020, it was the turn of Guido Janssen to tell an interesting story about the UX part of the company. After a morning listening to presentations, it was time for a delicious and offcourse healthy lunch.

Then it was time to switch to the active part of the day. The group was split in two, one half received a boxing course from Olympic participant Enrico Lacruz and the other half received an Aikido (Japanese martial art) course from Wilko Vriesman. In between there was also time for a tour of the beautiful sports complex of Papendal.

To recover from sports there was then time for a drink with tasty snacks. Alltogether, it was a successful strategy day and everyone is looking forward to make 2020 just as good a year (or maybe even better) as 2019!
